Does Ryvita contain gluten? Yes – Gluten is found in 4 major grains, wheat, rye, oats and barley. Ryvita Crispbread, Minis and Multi-grain rice cakes contain rye. Crackerbread contains wheat. Ryvita Original Rice Cakes, Sesame Rice Cakes and Corn Cakes are gluten free. Coeliac Disease is a life long, inflammatory condition of the gastrointestinal tract caused by gluten. The treatment is a strict gluten-free diet.
