Tuna mayo, cucumber & black pepper

Delicious and nutritious, tuna’s packed with protein, vitamin D and Omega-3 and works well spooned over a layer of cucumber.

 

Ingredients

Serves 1

  • 1 RYVITA® Sunflower Seed and Oat Crispbread
  • 1 tbsp tuna mayonnaise
  • 2 slices of cucumber

Method

  • Slice the cucumber
  • Layer the slices of cucumber on the RYVITA® Sunflower Seed and Oat Crispbread
  • Mix the drained tuna with the mayonnaise
  • Add the tuna mayonnaise over the cucumbers
  • Season with black pepper and lemon juice (optional)
