Ingredients

Serves 1

  • 1 RYVITA® Multigrain Crispbread
  • 1 low fat cheese triangle
  • 1/2 – 1 tsp of Marmite® , according to taste

Method

  • Spread cheese triangle over the crispbread
  • Gently spread a thin layer of Marmite® over the top

"Spread the marmite first, then top with slices of any cheese you fancy - reduced fat cheddar is ideal if weight-watching. Lastly, microwave on full for 20-30 secs for the cheese to start melting - lovely!"

"Marmite and cottage cheese - or else continental quark - is also great and a lower fat suggestion. Spread the marmite as the base then top with cottage cheese or quark"
