Tuna Paté
Add a touch of sophistication to your al fresco dining with this tuna paté. Smooth creamy and delicious, it's incredibly versatile and the kids will love it as a dip.Ingredients
Serves 6-8
- 1 pack Cracked Black Pepper Crispbread
- 1 can tuna in brine
- 1 small onion, peeled and finely chopped
- 1 tbsp capers
- 3 tsp cottage cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- A pinch of black pepper and salt
- 2 tbsp Greek yoghurt
Method
- Mix these ingredients in a blender until smooth
- Add 2 tbsp Greek yoghurt to the mix
- Garnish with capers and black pepper
