Tuna Paté

Add a touch of sophistication to your al fresco dining with this tuna paté. Smooth creamy and delicious, it's incredibly versatile and the kids will love it as a dip.

Ingredients

Serves 6-8

  • 1 pack Cracked Black Pepper Crispbread
  • 1 can tuna in brine
  • 1 small onion, peeled and finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp capers
  • 3 tsp cottage cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • A pinch of black pepper and salt
  • 2 tbsp Greek yoghurt

Method

  • Mix these ingredients in a blender until smooth
  • Add 2 tbsp Greek yoghurt to the mix
  • Garnish with capers and black pepper
